Making A Purchase:
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse my Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.We accept credit card payments - Visa, Mastercard, through Paypal or with a Paypal account (you do not require a Paypal account to pay with your credit card). All you have to do to complete the payment transaction is select “View Cart” to make your payment securely via Paypal - the secure way to pay.
However, should you wish to order from me other than using our on-line ordering facility - e-mail the order to me and you may pay by bank transfer. I will send details to you (by return) where to make payment. Please allow for bank clearance of payments before goods can be despatched.
We can accept payment in the following currencies - GB Pounds , Euros & USA dollars.

Shipping And Handling:
FREE DELIVERY if value of order is greater than £75.00
Up to £4.99 shipping charge = £0.50
Between £5.00 to £9.99 shipping charge = £1.00
Between £10.00 to £24.99 shipping charge = £2.50
Between £25.00 to £49.99 shipping charge = £4.00
Between £50.00 to £75.00 shipping charge = £5.00

Orders received by midday, despatched same day.  Orders placed after midday, despatched following morning. Orders placed after noon on Friday will not be despatched until Monday a.m.

All parcels should arrive within 2 to 5 working days.

Tax Charges:
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added.

Returns Policy:
All returns will be dealt with by myself.
Faulty goods will be exchanged/replaced upon satisfactory inspection.
If we have made an error with your order or have sent you the wrong item by mistake, we will deal with the problem as fast as possible and also refund any additional postal charges occurred by the customer.
